The Oxford Language Dictionary defines “Virtual” as – almost or nearly as described, but not completely or according to strict definition. (Wishy-washy if I may say so.)
2020-21 moved us to virtual meetings & virtual open houses. But what’s the value in virtual open houses if you have great marketing material? I will tell you why: because if you have great marketing pieces such as a 3D Dollhouse tour, interactive floor plans, best-in-class photography & videography, that’s all you need in my humble professional opinion for a potentially interested buyer to make an offer.
However, I wanted to share with you how open-minded I have become towards the benefits of a VIRTUAL STAGE & RENO. Sounds interesting? Check out our new listing in Mississauga that sold with 8 bully offers within 72hrs @125% above list price – Virtually Staged!
NOW – this may not be the preferred choice for every home we list, however, our bottom line is to get top dollar for every client in the shortest period of time with the least inconvenience. White-glove service all the way!
This brings me to strategizing a marketing plan tailored to a property, and specific to the client’s needs and all working towards the same goal. That’s a winning combination, don’t you think?
An FYI:
Did you know that the worlds’ first digital home might as well call it virtual, sold for $500,000? Click this link if it piques your interest.
