My recent trip to Vegas was fun, fast & fancy! Popular saying ‘What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas; I am not one to follow rules so here’s the low-down on my favourite places to wine & dine, & memorable experiences worth talking about 100%.
Hakkasan at the MGM Grand, I was in design ‘haven’ & the music was off the charts.
GOSSIP ALERT!!
STRIPSTEAK at Mandalay Bay is where Justin Timberlake is the all-time favourite customer as per the waitress that served us that evening, & JLo is at the bottom of the list for taking back $500 from the $1,000 tip that Ben left for the staff. (She truly is Jenny from the block.)
OHHH, and another thing…
I negotiated with Dennis Rodman: my girlfriend’s son is a BIG fan & Dennis was only taking pictures with kids. As we were on an adult-only vacay, and I believe if you never ask the question the answer is always NO, I chatted with him & said: “but the picture is for her son” & there a big smile.. snap snap…
Vanderpump Cocktail & Garden at Caesars Place!
We stayed at the Wynn Resort Towers which was a fantastic experience. The place was whimsical & wealthy. In the middle of the desert, flowers were nurtured to their highest quality where you would expect to only see cacti. My brief conversation with the staff was insightful where she mentioned that every night these plants are watered/manicured by gardeners that were paid $35/hour.
My senses were fascinated with the designer details that I was surrounded by & my intelligence didn’t battle paying $25 for a cocktail & $12 for a bottle of Fiji. ‘Presentation & Perception’ commands top dollar & there was no negotiation. Just like at FHK where our marketing is all about ‘Presentation & Perception’: we strive & pride ourselves in bringing that same high-quality standard to every home we sell!
